Rallycross Promoters Ltd, would like to invite you to race in the 'English Rallycross Masters', which is the opening event of the 2005 Rallycross Super Series. The event will take place at Croft Circuit (near darlington) on Monday May 2nd 2005. Entry fees for the event (including all other Super Series events) will be free to all European drivers outside of Great Britain (including Northern Ireland) & the Republic of Ireland. This free entry will help towards your travel costs should you decide to race in the event.
The Rallycross Super Series, has been set up with the aim to bridge the gap between Rallycross in Great Britain and the rest of Europe. As a result, the following classes will be run:
Division 1
Division 1A
Division 2
Super National
Juniors (using the Junior Rallycross Mini).
Tyres for the event will be open. Tyre rollers and Tyre warmers are not permitted.
The 2005 Rallycross Super Series calendar is below:
Event 1 Monday May 2nd - “English Rallycross Masters” - Croft Circuit (County Durham)
Event 2 Sunday June 19th - “Midlands Rallycross Masters” - Blyton (Lincolnshire)
Event 4 Sunday August 7th - “Irish Rallycross Masters” - Mondello Park (Ireland – Naas)
Event 5 Sunday September 18th - “Scottish Rallycross Masters” - Knockhill (Scotland – Edinburgh)
Each event is standalone and does not form any part of a Championship. Circuit information can be found on the Super Series website. Rallycross Promoters Limited will also run a standalone end of season spectacular on the weekend on November 5th & 6th. More details on this event, will be announced in the coming weeks.
