Racing with a standard car(without rollcage)

wanted to know if in Finland ts possible to race with a basic streetcar(AUDI90,20vQuattro without roll-cage) , so called amateur-races(leagues). And if so where could I find more info.

I do not think so. There are minimum requirements even in "stock" series. And why should one do this? Is that worth of the general health or injury?
Why not to build into stock car requirements and race safely? The safety cage reinforces the general structure and can therefore be positive. Why would you worry about not having it?
