Arrival at the CSDD Biķernieki track

Even though there are parking areas at the venue, the organizers suggest that all FIA World Rallycross Championship spectators use the Biķernieki track location near the city centre to their advantage and arrive at the track by public transportation or a bicycle, which can be left in a guarded spot during the event. Organizers would also like you to be understanding of any traffic jams that can occur around the Biķernieki track this weekend – a World Rallycross Championship event is not a regular occurrence and attracts thousands of spectators, which can be quite a challenge for the local road infrastructure.

Entrance in the venue

Multiple spectator sectors – A, B, C, D, ST (general access), and VIP – have been made for vitnessing the event, and each of them has a particular entrance, with there being four entrances in total. In order to not cause any delays and misunderstandings, we would suggest looking through the venue map and making sure that you have chosen the correct entrance to Neste World RX of Latvia.

Tickets

When arriving at the CSDD Biķernieki venue, your ticket will be scanned and you will be given a wristband, which will give you access to the event on both Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that the wristband will be checked in multiple spots at the venue, including the entrance to spectator sectors. Be sure to treat the wristband with care and not damage it, therefore making the security team’s job easier and not causing additional queues at the wristband control points. It is important to note that the wristband is meant only for the person who bought the ticket and cannot be given to another person.

Food and drinks

It is not allowed to bring food or drinks inside the event venue. Multiple food and drink vendors, working from early morning up to the finish of the last race of the day, will be available inside the venue. This prohibition does not include food or drinks for infants and babies!

Weather

The event takes place in CSDD Biķernieki track and is outdoors, so please look at the weather forecast before leaving for the track, and be prepared to spend most of the day outside. We would like to add that it is allowed to bring umbrellas inside the venue, but you will be prohibited from using it in cases where it interferes with other spectators’ view of the track. With that in mind, it is suggested to prepare for possible rain in advance by bringing a warm jacket or a raincoat.

General access sector

General access sector ST spectators are allowed to bring in folding chairs to make the viewing of the event more pleasurable. It is also allowed to bring in flags and other fan accessories, but please keep in mind that using these will only be allowed if it does not interfere with other spectators’ view of the track!

Fan accessories

In collaboration with Sportland, it will be possible to buy Neste World RX of Latvia fan accessories at the venue – shirts, jumpers, hats, cups and other products. This fan accessory point of sale will be located in the Fan Zone, where multiple exciting events, such as Monster Energy Rig Riot and the awards ceremony, will take place!
