Day two came and Doran was ready to race. Heat three saw Doran on two wheels and off the track into turn two, after massive contact from Solberg. Through the gravel Liam came back on track out front, finishing the race with a puncture in third position.
Going into heat 4, Doran was set on qualifying for the semi-finals. He launched off the line and never looked back, winning his race and being third overall in heat four.
The number 33 Monster Energy DS3 showed what it was made of during the semis, shooting straight from the last row to the front in the first turn. Powering through the remaining laps, Doran saw the chequered flag first, taking him into the well-deserved final.
It was a Monster Energy line up with Doran sitting P2 and teammate Andreas Bakkerud pole position. Doran and Bakkerud dominated the start with Liam making it to the first turn first, capturing the Monster Energy Supercharge Award. After some tactically great and daring racing, Doran crossed the finish line first, taking his fifth career win.
