„It was a day with ups and downs for us,” said Pärn in the eavning of day two. Pärn added that they lost a front left tyre on the first pass at Palsankyla. „The tyer came off about 5 km from the end of the stage and we decided to drive to the finish without changing it. We lost around 40 seconds, so it was not so bad to be honest,” explained Pärn.
After that incident Pärn took some stage wins, and the feeling with the car was really good, but on the penultamate stage it happened again. „On the penultamate stage again the same fornt left tyre suddenly was broken and we lost over two minutes. We did not change it on the stage,” said Pärn.
After all that it means Pärn – Järveoja are in the second position after day two. The gap between them and Andreas Amber is 2 minutes and 6,8 seconds. „Everything is still possible, cause it’s rally. I will not take any risks, but if it’s possible i would be happy to get some stage wins,” said Pärn.
