Sander Pärn and James Morgan started their journey in Portugal in Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy series. First all the drivers of the series chauffeured with the bus from Faro to 300 km north Estoril were the ceremonial start of the rally took place. Then they continued to Lisboa where Super Special of Rally Portugal was held.
Pärn showed 7th time among 12 drivers of Drive DMACK Fiesta Trophy series in the Super Special losing 7,4 seconds to Jose Suarez who is the leader of the series after the opening stage.
„It was just a safe clean run, didn´t want to make any mistakes and damage the car before the real stages tomorrow. The atmosphere at the stage was really good too,” told Pärn.
On Friday Rally Portugal continues with demanding gravel stages. Total six stages and 137,36 kilometers are waiting for the drivers. First car starts to the first stage on Friday 10.06 AM local time.
